Gem Kappa 04 - 14K ROSE - Zawadi Sapphire

An evolution of our Kappa 04 14K pin end featuring a 3mm custom rose cut Zawadi Sapphire in the center. Zawadi Sapphires are found in Kenya and "Zawadi' is a Swahili word meaning gift. These stones are untreated and the chatoyant sheen is naturally caused by the internal patterns of rutile and hematite in line with the natural growth structure of the sapphire crystal.
